Upcoming Philanthropy-
Learn To Listen Week April 1-7

Stop by the student center during this week and figure out why it is important to listen.

Delta Zeta’s national philanthropy is Speech and Hearing and the

Painted Turtle camp. The Painted Turtle provides year-round camp

opportunities for children with chronic and life-threatening illnesses.

Delta Zeta has national partnerships with The Starkey Hearing Foundation, Galludet University, and the House and Ear Institute. The Starkey Hearing Foundation provides hearing aids to those that are in financial need. Members of Delta Zeta fundraise for the foundation and provide Build A Bears with hearing aid attachments for children. Galludet University was adopted by Delta Zeta in 1954 and is the only university to provide undergraduate programs to hearing-impaired students. Galludet University dedicated the Delta Zeta Dance Studio in 1995. Locally Delta Zeta supports the Edinboro University Leeder Center.

Delta Zeta participates in many other philanthropic activities throughout the academic year by supporting all organization on campus with their philanthropic efforts.  As well as fundraising for various events, members volunteer thousands of hours in service projects across our community each year.
